Digital Teammate

Early access. Mr. Cluesora is live in internal testing on Mentix AI’s agentic core. This page describes what it does today and what it’s built to do — we’re honest about the difference below.

The Problem It’s Built to Solve

The same question gets asked five times a week, to five different people, and answered five different ways — because the one person who actually knows the answer is not the one everyone happens to ask. Meanwhile, the organization’s real knowledge sits in people’s heads, in old Confluence pages, and in Slack threads that scroll away, never captured anywhere a new question could find it.

How Mr. Cluesora Works

Always On, Where Your Team Already Is

Mr. Cluesora sits in your Slack or Microsoft Teams workspace — not a separate app to open, a teammate in the channels you’re already in. It runs on a continuous beat cycle, watching for questions it can help with.

Answers From Your Own Knowledge Base

When it can answer confidently, it answers directly from your organization’s knowledge base — the same concept graph and content that powers the rest of Cluesora, plus ingested sources like Confluence. When it isn’t confident, it says so rather than guessing.

Routes to the Right Expert, Then Learns

A question it can’t answer doesn’t die in a channel — it routes to the person best positioned to answer it. Once that expert responds, the verified answer gets written back into the knowledge graph as a concept-linked fact. The next time someone asks a related question, Mr. Cluesora already knows it. The organization’s tribal knowledge stops living only in people’s heads.

Built on Real Identities, Not a Bypass

Mr. Cluesora’s bot identities are real, flagged user accounts in your organization — not a backdoor around your access controls. It sees what it’s entitled to see, same as any teammate would.

What’s Built vs. What’s Next

Built today: the always-on control loop, org-scoped multi-workspace channel connections for Slack and Teams, the confidence-gated answer loop, the expert-routing write-back loop, and Confluence content ingestion.

Where we are: internal testing, ahead of external channel go-live. We’d rather tell you exactly where it stands than round up.

Key Capabilities

  • Always-on presence in Slack and Microsoft Teams, per-organization, multi-workspace
  • Confidence-gated answers sourced from your organization’s own knowledge base
  • Expert-routing loop for questions it can’t answer confidently
  • Knowledge write-back — verified answers become concept-linked facts, so the same question is never re-answered from scratch
  • Real, access-scoped identities — no entitlement bypass
  • Confluence ingestion into the same knowledge graph the rest of Cluesora reads
